I am the co-founder of Superteams.ai. We build custom AI workflows for businesses through managed teams—fractional or project-based—drawn from India & Asia’s top 3% engineers (multi-stage assessed). Our platform integrates testing and AI courses to reinforce quality.

AI & Climate

My commitment to climate-conscious technology underpins everything I do: in March 2025 I completed Terra.do’s “Climate Change: Learning for Action” programme, deepening my understanding of sustainable innovation and its business impact.

Generative AI & Media

Across my writing and talks, I explore the effects of Gen AI on various media formats—from text to images and audio—with a focus on open-source tools and fine-tuned, task-specific LLMs, while analysing their effects on content-marketing workflows & sustainable technology choices.

Publishing

Before AI, I built my career in book publishing. As Managing Editor at Amazon-Westland and commissioning editor at HarperCollins and Penguin Random House India, I shaped the product–market fit of multiple Nielsen-charting titles such as Happiness Express, The Heartfulness Way, Dr Dhurandhar’s Fat-Loss Diet, and Attitude Is Everything.

Books I commissioned have won honours ranging from The Hindu Prize (The Book of Common Signs) to the Crossword Popular Choice Award (A Taste of Well-Being).

Collaborations

It has been my privilege to collaborate with leading statesmen on landmark works like India’s Military Conflicts and Diplomacy (Gen V. P. Malik) and Turning Points (Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam). Earlier, I launched HarperCollins’ digital-first imprint Harper 21, one of India’s first dedicated ebook divisions.

Startups

My passion for publishing entrepreneurship titles—such as The Underage CEOs, How I Almost Blew It, or The Habit of Winning—combined with the vibrant startup culture at Amazon, inspired me to join HomeScreen Network, a fast-growing startup, in 2019.

As Director of Content & Strategy, I helped lead Spark.Live, a platform that enabled thousands of learners from small-town India to develop entrepreneurial skills.

Academics

Academically, I hold a certificate in publishing from IIM Ahmedabad, a certificate in digital content management from the Academy of German Media & NBT, an MA in English Literature (minor in Film Studies), and a diploma in German.

I also held a research assistantship at Jadavpur University’s Centre of Advanced Study.

Personal

Personally, I’m obsessed with words, colours, and patterns; intellectually, I draw on the works of Freud and Lacan.

I’m in the process of writing an essay for a 2026 anthology.
